Hi I'm looking for a check off form. I'm planning to remodel and add on. Your site has really helped.

Response:

Hello Jim,

I don't provide check off forms because of the wide variety and different requirements for each area of the country. A good place to check is Home Depot. I have seen Code Check lists in the book section a couple of times in the past.

Also check your local library for Construction guidelines, often they are a good source.
