From TJ: I just want to know what was the "permeable underpayment" used in your driveway construction i.e., the type of material and manufacture's name. That's it. Thanks! Response: Hello TJ, The underlayment came from a local building supplier. Not Home Depot but Bison which is a major lumber yard. It was a webbing made of nylon polyester fiber webbing. I can't find the brand name anywhere. Sorry. Here is a link to manufacturer of undelayment, they will probably be able to put you in touch with a local supplier.
